By purchasing through our service, you benefit from wholesale pricing while we work on a
transparent cost-plus basis.
You pay the wholesale cost, along with packing, shipping, and our professional service
fees-often resulting in significant savings compared to traditional retail pricing.
For clients seeking an even more personalized experience, we can also arrange visits to
select manufacturers’ workshops and showrooms following the trade show. This unique
opportunity offers valuable insight into the craftsmanship and production process, making for
an unforgettable and rewarding experience.
Custom Designed Furniture
You can select fabrics, leathers, finishes, and colors on the spot, making each piece truly
custom-madeensuring that no one else will have anything like it.
This service includes carpentry, wrought iron, upholstery, and art pieces.
It is the perfect option for creating furniture tailored exactly to your desired style and
dimensions, especially when you cannot find what you are looking for or wish to explore a
more creative, personalized approach.
Our carpenters are highly skilled and of exceptional quality. If needed, we can also arrange a
visit to San Miguel de Allende, a charming, artistic, and very safe Mexican town near
Querétaro, known for its outstanding craftsmanship, impeccable carpentry, and the finest
woods in Mexico.
Decorating
We use renders to help you visualize your space and fabric boards to present combinations
that best complement your existing fumiture, as well as any custom or new pieces we will be
sourcing for you.
We present carefully selected options based on accurate measurements to ensure each
piece fits perfectly within the space, both aesthetically and functionally, while always
respecting your budget.
Interior and Exterior Lighting
We offer curated catalogs of beautiful chandeliers, sconces, table lamps, and floor lamps for
you to explore. Just ask.

quickly selected.

Staging
We offer the option of renting our furniture for a discounted price. You can view our portfolio
under “Palmilla Dunes,”
“Cumbres del Tezal,” and “Villas del Tezal” to see examples of staging projects we have
completed.
Staging is ideal for model homes or properties that are listed for sale. Buyers always
appreciate a beautifully furnished home, as it helps them better visualize the space and its
potential.
Staging is offered on a monthly contract. Once the staging period is complete, we can either
remove the furniture or offer the client the option to purchase the pieces at a discounted
price.

We offer a wide range of options through catalogs and websites if you are unable to find
what you are looking for in our store.
Every Cabo home needs durable, high-quality patio furniture designed to last for years,
especially as outdoor living is enjoyed more often than indoor spaces thanks to the
exceptional weather we experience most of the year.

The Home Store team can help you transform your interior and exterior spaces according to

reupholstering sofas and decorative pillows can create a significant transformation without a

Upholstery

The Cabo sun can easily fade most fabrics, which is why we work with high-quality,
UV-resistant materials such as Sunbrella and Robert Allen, both known for their durability
and warranties.
Our local upholsterers work with us daily, allowing us to offer excellent pricing while
maintaining consistent, high-volume production.
The most common items we upholster are sofas and decorative pillows.
Wall Coverings
Wall coverings have made a strong comeback. Forget what your grandmother once had and
explore our curated samples from Italy and France. These wallpapers are so realistic that
they invite you to reach out and touch them.
Even covering a single wall behind the headboard is enough to make a statement that will
impress everyone. Some designs even feature a textured, raised appearance, adding depth

Window Treatments
We will visit your home to take accurate inside and outside mount measurements of your
window spaces.
We will also recommend the appropriate rod size, color, thickness, and
fabric to complement your furniture and overall design.
We will advise whether you need blackout fabrics, sheer curtains, or even window tinting to
protect your interiors from the strong Cabo sun.
If curtain panels are not your preferred style, we can also recommend our blinds specialist to
provide options such as roller shades or Roman blinds for windows or sliding doors.
We keep a wide selection of sample swatches from Robert Allen, along with fabric books in
our store for you to browse.
Wood Beams and Brick Finishes
Both real and imitation wood beams can be added to any room to create a rustic, substantial
feel while maintaining warmth and character.
In addition, imitation brick and stone finishes can be applied to both interior and exterior
walls, giving your home a distinctive look that sets it apart from others on your street.
